What is the best way to exercise when you're in shape?
Its been a while since I've done no exercise in itself, now Ive finished college that I have all this free time on my hands and I would first take care of me. I try to eat healthier over time, but like all the world, I left the cake pair or two! I am 24, 5, 6 and my weight is an amazing 8.5 stone. No need to lose weight, but I have to do something for my fitness I suppose I could do with some toning. For someone who puffed up the stairs and warn only buy bags for transport (ISH) heavy meal, I think is fair to say that my fitness levels are incredibly low, not to mention embarrassing! Fans of fitness out there that can give me some advice on what exercises are appropriate for me? Should I start a light exercise, then progresses to more intensive training? How many times must I exercise? Is it every day? every two days? What foods should I eat when I? Protein? Carbohydrates? Many thanx.
Begin by walking every day. Reduce consumption foods rich in starch and carbohydrates like white bread and soda. Strength training, from 5 pounds weights is a good start. Cardiovascular exercise, while that that boring is the ultimate tool to get fit! Eat about 1500 to 1800 calories per day, with 35% of calories from protein!
